HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

To complete your order simply add your items in the cart and then proceed with the checkout.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We usually ship as fast as we can, so you can drop us an email as fast as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, if it hasn't been shipped yet. Drop us an email.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs may vary due to weight and destinations. Once you reach the checkout, shipping rates will be available for you to see.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We usually ship via SDA inside Italy. EU orders may be shipped with national post services when the weight is low, but will be shipped with TNT when the package is heavy (above 3kg, usually, i.e. rollerskates).
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your parcel is shipped you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and chosen courier. Simply put the tracking number in the courier's website to follow the progression of your shipping.
I'VE ORDERED A PAIR OF SKATES, BUT THE SIZE IS WRONG. WHAT DO I DO?
You can return your roller skates within 14 days from the order, as long as the original box is intact and the skates haven't been used. Once we receive them, we will inspect them and if they are looking as good as new, we will proceed with the refund.
IMPORTANT: In case of exchanges or refunds, the client will take care of the shipping costs.
